ClipSync is provided as a free, temporary sharing tool for convenience.
It is not intended for long-term storage or sensitive data.
1. Service Description
ClipSync provides a temporary, room-based service for sharing text, images, and files between devices.
- Rooms are accessed using room codes
- Shared items are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours)
- The service may change or be unavailable at times
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ClipSync only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
You may not use ClipSync to:
- Share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious files
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Spam or send unsolicited content
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ClipSync systems
- Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code
3. Temporary Storage & Data Loss
ClipSync is designed for temporary sharing only.
- Items are automatically deleted after 24 hours
- Oldest items may be removed earlier if storage limits are exceeded
- ClipSync is not a backup service
- Data loss may occur
You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClipSync is provided without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Availability or uptime
- Data retention
- Accuracy or reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Use the service at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSync and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access by third parties
